‘The Time Is Always Now’. This photograph was taken at the train station en route to Kew Gardens in South West London and, incidentally, I went to a talk connected to this exhibition, ‘Artists Reframe the Black Figure’ at the National Portrait Gallery in Central London a few weeks prior. Those words, coupled with the woman's stance, really resonated with me at that very moment and immediately captured my attention. Can you relate?

 

Come as you are

You're not quite sure what you want right now, yet you know that something has to change. You've lost your spark, your motivation and not really looking after yourself properly. There's a disconnect somewhere because you usually feel a sense of balance, engaged in your life and work, and are generally quite mindful of taking care of your wellbeing despite your demanding schedule and feeling stressed at times.

I'm an experienced Wellbeing Coach and Chartered Psychologist, and I have been on this journey too; you are not alone. Many of my clients, ambitious professionals, academics and entrepreneurs, feel this way at the start. Could you do with some space to think and talk things through?
