Experience calm productivity 🗒️✨

You want to be better organised, live more mindfully, work smarter, be more productive AND keep things simple. I hear you!

I couldn't find what I was looking for in a planner and wasn't sure about going digital because I love to put my thoughts down onto paper, so I created one myself! I'm so glad that I did, stepping outside my comfort zone, and I hope you find it just as supportive. You will be guided to focus, organise, relax and reflect on your day with this Wellbeing Planner.

This planner is for you, if you lead a busy life and would like to slow things down a little and find more balance, yet still keep momentum. You fully embrace digital planning, are open to trying it out or interested in a hybrid approach that offers feel good productivity without unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure. Because let's face it, we have enough pressures in life and work as it is! Yes, there are some tasks and chores that need doing that aren’t particularly exciting, but I also believe there is room to find joy in getting stuff done in our daily lives. Speaking of feel good, if you fancy listening to uplifting music whilst using this planner, play my Feel Good Spotify Playlist.

You can expect to receive an undated, reusable planner with daily writing prompts for 90 days. It is compatible across devices and I recommend using a stylus pen and tablet to get the most out of your experience. I use an iPad and Apple Pencil. And, no, this article is not sponsored, but it should be, right?! Ha!

As a Wellbeing Coach and Chartered Psychologist, you can rest assured that this planner was created with a lot of thought put into it, informed by my personal and professional experiences. If you have any questions before purchasing my Wellbeing Planner, feel free to get in touch and send a message to amy-jo@beyourowndate.com.

I like to use my Wellbeing Planner as part of my nourishing morning and evening routine and encourage you to experiment and find a rhythm that works best for you. A calm way to start your day and transition into your downtime at the end of the day. I was looking at my notes recently and smiled when I came across my original idea for this planner, which came about a few years ago. I’m sharing this with you to say, “Keep on going!”.

Pause: What projects are you working on? I’d love to hear from you. Connect with me on social or drop me an email.

When you use this planner, my intention is that it will enhance your day and productivity system, if you have one. Something that you actually look forward to engaging with rather than avoiding 👀. If you miss a day, that’s OK, you will pick it back up again when you are ready. As you know, I advocate self-care and self-compassion to empower our community. It would mean the world to me if you could support Be Your Own Date by sharing the link to this article.

Work smarter with my Wellbeing Planner 🗒️✨

Five things to consider… 🤯

  1. This is a digital planner, crafted to reach as many people who will benefit from using it, with attention to detail for greater accessibility. It’s giving… (minimalist) style and substance!

  2. It is designed to support you in living, working or running your business more mindfully. When I was balancing - perhaps juggling is more accurate - my day job and developing Be Your Own Date in the early stages, this planner would have been incredibly useful.

  3. ‘Less is more’. Simplicity and integrity are two of my core values after all - both personally and professionally. This is all about fostering calm productivity, particularly helpful during those frantic or overwhelming moments when panic and, even, self-doubt start to creep in.

  4. It is designed to focus on the positives, we’re all about cultivating a positive mindset and celebrating our strengths over here!

  5. How about you give yourself 90 days to form or develop the habit of journalling, a space to write and process your thoughts and emotions? Create headspace when there are many things on your mind, supporting your executive functioning. So, this is an invitation (or challenge for the more competitive) to complete 90 days of planning, organisation and prioritisation, even if they are not on consecutive days. 90 days feels realistic yet stretching and gives you enough time to get into your flow and review your experience afterwards. And then you get to do it all over again! The beauty of this digital planner, besides being paperless (although you are welcome to print it out if that suits you better), is that it is reusable. I like to think of it as the gift that keeps on giving!

Do more of the things that are meaningful to you and support your holistic wellbeing.

It's time to experience calm productivity with my Wellbeing Planner. I got you!

Student me needed this. PhD me needed this. Public sector me needed this. Corporate me needed this. Day job with side business me needed this. Entrepreneur and small business owner me LOVES this. I hope you do too!

You’re not sure what you want, but you know what you don’t want 🗒️✨

I get it!

You’re often rushing from one task to another, dashing to the next meeting and sometimes neglecting to take your lunch break because it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day! You feel quite stressed with it all and something needs to change. You could do with some time to think and talk things through with someone you trust outside your circle. Pause. Take a moment to look after yourself and invite a sense of calm into your day. Book a discovery call and let’s get to know each other and see if I am the right person to support and partner with you on your journey to flourish.

Consider me your thinking partner and sounding board.
